Wellness Pays Bonus Program

Weber State University encourages faculty and staff to live healthier lives by actively engaging in their own health.

To promote healthy behavior, faculty, staff and their qualified spouses on the university’s medical insurance policy can complete an online personal health assessment, an in-person biometric screening and one health improvement activity to receive a yearly monetary bonus.

The bonus amounts are $300 for an employee and $300 for a spouse, which is paid during the following pay period once a participant qualifies. The bonus can be renewed on an annual basis.

Employee Wellness utilizes a third-party platform called WellSteps to manage many program components. If you have not received an email with an invitation to participate in the program, please email wellness@weber.edu to have your account generated.
