Ensure your overall wellbeing by reviewing your physical, mental and financial wellness, and by completing the recommended screenings and tasks each decade.

Ages 20–29
Complete the following preventative medical screenings each year:
- Physical exam (includes cholesterol, blood glucose, blood pressure and body mass index screening)
- Flu shot, plus additional immunizations that could include COVID-19, Tetanus-diphtheria (every 10 years) and Varicella vaccine. Ask your doctor which is right for you.
- Cancer screening including a skin self-exam
- Women’s cancer screenings should include a breast self-exam.
- Dental cleaning (twice per year)
- Women should complete a reproductive health screening.
The physical exam, dental cleaning and reproductive health screening are activities that are eligible for the Rewards Program.
Complete a mental health screening each year. A mental health check can be completed with your physician.

Ages 30–39

- Diabetes exam (starting at age 35 and should be repeated every 3 years)
- Flu shot, plus additional immunizations that could include COVID-19, Tetanus-diphtheria (every 10 years) and Varicella. Ask your doctor which is right for you.
- Cancer screening including a skin self-exam
- Women’s cancer screenings should include a breast self-exam.
- Eye exam (completed 5-10 years before turning 40); if you have vision problems, schedule an exam every 2 years or as directed by your physician.
- Dental cleaning (twice per year)
- Women should complete a reproductive health exam.

- Women should also complete a breast self-exam.
- Eye exam (every 2-4 years). If you have vision problems, schedule an exam every 2 years or as directed by your physician.
- Dental cleaning (twice per year)
- Women should complete a reproductive health screening.
- Women should complete a mammogram.

- Cancer screening for colorectal cancer (colonoscopy every 10 years) and skin cancer
- Men should complete a prostate-specific antigen (PSA) screening at age 55
- Eye exam (every 2-4 years): starting at age 55, complete an eye exam every 1-3 years. Schedule an exam as directed if you have vision problems.
- Dental cleaning (twice per year)
- Women should complete a reproductive health screening.
- Women should complete a mammogram.
