Employee Wellness Group Exercise Classes
Employee Wellness offers semester-long group exercise classes.
While Employee Wellness strives to provide participants with mostly free services, these programs require a fee. If you attend 75% of “fee-for-service” classes, you can earn points towards the Wellness Pays Rewards program.
Yoga
Yoga is a practice that connects the body, breath and mind by using physical postures, breathing exercises and meditation to improve overall health.
Due to its holistic nature, this class works as a standalone exercise regimen for those who are super busy or as a complement to a wide-ranging exercise program including other modes of activity. All levels of ability are welcome. Come in comfy clothes, be prepared to work barefoot and bring a yoga mat
Pilates
Pilates is a great low-impact way to strengthen and tone muscles, improve posture and flexibility, increase circulation and cardiovascular strength, and unite body and mind. It will help you on your way to a stronger and healthier body. Come in comfy clothes, and be prepared to work barefoot.
Total Body Conditioning
Each class will work the whole body using a variety of strength training equipment. Great for beginners and those with an advanced fitness background. Classes will be held in a hybrid format; you can attend in person or take the class from the comfort of your home.
