PEHP Healthy Utah Rebates

PEHP provides biometric screenings for PEHP insurance policyholders. Results from this screening can be applied to the PEHP Healthy Utah Rebates program and the Wellness Pays Bonus program.

Healthy Utah comes to Weber State University multiple times per year.

During your appointment, you will receive cholesterol and glucose testing, body composition analysis, blood pressure measurement and a consultation with a health specialist, all free of charge for qualified employees and eligible spouses. Please do not bring children.

Everyone who participates in the testing session and answers an online health questionnaire will receive the “Know and Plan” $50 rebate. After that, earn an additional $50 “Next Steps” rebate by completing your choice of wellness activities from a variety of PEHP Wellness activities and programs (more information available on the “Next Steps” Rebate Form (PDF)).

Other rebates are also available for those with diabetes ($100), tobacco cessation ($50) and Wee Care ($50).

You may only register for a Healthy Utah Testing Session once per plan year, or 60 days prior to your last test date. Log into your PEHP account, select "Wellness," then "Register for Testing" to figure out your testing session eligibility.
