Lunch & Learn

Bring lunch and learn skills to become emotionally, physically and/or mentally healthy at work, home and in your social life. Take 3 courses to earn $20 through Wellness Pays.

    Do you suffer from poor sleep? Do you often wake in the morning feeling like you haven't slept at all? Cell phones, tablets, and other digital devices might be to blame. Not only are these devices stimulating our brains, they could be preventing the production of melatonin, a key chemical for restful sleep. This month's presentation will cover tips for a better night's sleep, as well as information for August's monthly challenge.

Take your Blood Lipid Screening and Fitness Assessment at Weber State Davis to qualify for the Wellness Pays Bonus Program, the PEHP Healthy Utah incentive and wellness release time on the following dates:

  • Wednesday, August  2
  • Wednesday, September 7

You must complete your yearly Health Risk Assessment before attending your appointment.
