How to Enroll in a Payment Plan

Find out how to enroll in various monthly payment plans at Weber State University, including Wildcat Store payment plans.

The process is slightly different for regular payment plans and Wildcat Store payment plans.

Payment Plan Enrollment Instructions

 
  1. Go to the View - Pay Tuition and Fees app in the eWeber portal.
  2. Select “Make a Payment for the Current Semester.”
  3. Select the “Payment Plans” option on the webpage’s main menu bar, or locate and select the displayed “Enroll in Payment Plan” button.
  4. Select the “Enroll Now” button and choose the appropriate term from the dropdown menu.
  5. Choose a payment plan by clicking on the “Select” button. Detailed information about the payment plan is accessible by selecting the “Details” button.
  6. Review the information on the page and select the “Continue” button. The optional down payment is available when initially setting up your payment plan. Enter a dollar amount only if you would like to reduce your overall payments for the plan. Remember, this is an additional payment.
  7. Click “Continue” once reviewed, then choose an existing payment method or create a new one and click “Continue.”
  8. Review and print a copy of the payment plan agreement for your records. Scroll down and check the “I Agree to the Terms and Conditions” box and then select “Continue.” A payment receipt will be displayed for you to print. If your payment method is an electronic check, you will have a second screen where you will need to check the “I Agree” box and select “Continue,” which allows us to automatically deduct the payment from your checking or savings account. You will then be navigated to a payment receipt screen and a message confirming you have successfully enrolled in a payment plan.

Wildcat Store Payment Plan Instructions

 
  1. Open the Wildcat Store Payment Plan app in the eWeber portal.
  2. Select the amount you wish to finance using a payment plan. This is the amount you may spend in our Wildcat Stores. 
    1. Funds can be used for school supplies, textbooks, and technology purchases. The amount selected cannot be changed once you have enrolled in a payment plan and picked up your campus store card(s). The amount chosen can only be spent at the Wildcat Stores. Any funds not used during the semester will still be paid for in this payment plan. We strongly recommend that you only borrow an amount that you intend to spend.
  3. Read through the information on the page and select “Continue.” Read through the subsequent page and select “Continue to Select my Plan.”
  4. You will then be redirected to the “Student Account Home” to finish the sign up process.
  5. Select the “Payment Plans” option on the webpage’s main menu bar, or locate and select the displayed “Enroll in Payment Plan” button.
  6. Select the “Enroll Now” button and choose the appropriate term from the dropdown menu.
  7. Choose a payment plan by clicking on the “Select” button. Information about the payment plan is accessible by selecting the “Details” button.

  11. Go to the Wildcat Store location on the Ogden campus to pick up your Wildcat Store payment plan card. The card can be used at any of the Wildcat Store locations.
