Loan and Debt Payment System

Weber State University uses Customer Web Access (CWA) as its online account system for students to manage their Perkins Loan or outstanding debt with the university. CWA allows you to view billing and account information, schedule ACH drafts, make online payments, and print out important forms.

Login Instructions

 
  1. Go to pay.weber.edu/bwa.
  2. On the login screen, enter the username as your student ID or “W” Number, which can be found on your monthly statements. If you are logging in for the first time, please contact the Collection Office at 801-626-7004 to activate your account.
  3. After successfully activating your account, you will be redirected to a register screen. You will enter your email address for e-notification purposes. This registration will ensure that you will receive all email notifications for your bills and correspondence.
  4. After successful registration, you will be taken to the homepage.
