Collection Services

Collection Services conducts orientation, counseling, exit interviews, loan billing, and collections relating to the Federal Perkins Student loan program, short-term institutional loans, and Pell Grant over-awards and tuition repayment.

We are also responsible for the collection of defaulted accounts from other university departments.
