Available Payment Plans
Weber State University students can sign up for interest-free, monthly payment plans, which help students who can’t pay their student account in full by the tuition and fee payment deadline.
Payment plan enrollment opens at the time of registration for spring and summer semesters, and in July of each year for the upcoming fall semester.
Each plan has a nonrefundable setup fee paid at enrollment. No additional fees or interest apply unless a payment is declined.
Instructions on how to enroll can be found on our payment plan enrollment page.

Payment Plan Recalculation Information
Payment plans are recalculated once per day to reflect new credits or charges. If you add or drop classes, your scheduled payments will be adjusted to reflect the change in credit hours you’re registered for. Any credits or payments that are applied to your account will reduce the amount due on the next payment.
Recalculation Example
The following scenario is an example of payment plan recalculation. Exact recalculations will vary.
A student enrolls in a “Tuition and Fee” four-month payment plan.
- The tuition charge is $2,000.
- Student pays $200 at the time of payment plan enrollment and also has a $500 scholarship, which is subtracted from the $2,000.
- That reduces the total remaining balance to $1,300, or four equal payments of $325.
- The student makes the first payment of $325 on the installment date, reducing the balance to $975.
- The student is then awarded another $375 scholarship, reducing the balance to $600.
- The three remaining installments adjust accordingly within a 24-hour period to $200 each.
