Available Payment Plans for Spring 2010: 
The following plans are for tuition and fees only.

The 5 Monthly Payment Plan: Available November 09, 2009
1st Payment: November 11, 2009
2nd Payment: December 11, 2009
3rd Payment: January 11, 2010
4th Payment: February 11, 2010
5th (final) Payment: March 11, 2010

The 4 Monthly Payment Plan: Not available at this time.
1st Payment: December 15, 2009
2nd Payment: January 15, 2010
3rd Payment: February 16, 2010 (February 15th - Holiday)
4th (final) Payment: March 15, 2010

Housing 4 Monthly Payment Plan: Available November 09, 2010
"Housing students only" There will be TWO Housing Payment Plans available. 

Payment Plan #1: Housing Spring 2010: Tuition, Fees, and Housing
This payment plan option applies tuition, fees, and housing.

Payment Plan #2: Housing Rm and Meal Plan ONLY
This payment plan option does NOT include tuition and fees.  Tuition and fees will need to be paid separately by the tuition and fee deadline date.

2nd Payment: January 04, 2010
3rd Payment: February 01, 2010
4th (final) Payment: March 01, 2010

Note:
Automatic Payments: Payments will automatically be withdrawn on the scheduled due date for each plan.  The automatic payments are withdrawn from the account set-up online.

Down Payment Option: The down payment option is available when initially setting up a Monthly Payment Plan.  Only enter a dollar amount if you would like to reduce the overall payments for the plan.  Remember this is an additional payment.

Payment plans are recalculated once a day to reflect any new credits or charges on your account. 


Payments are electronically debited from the account you set-up online.


If you add or drop classes, the scheduled payments will be adjusted to reflect the change.  Also, any credits or payments that are applied to your account will reduce the amount due on the next payment. 


The following is an EXAMPLE of how payments are recalculated:

The 4 Monthly Payment Plan (Tuition & Fees $1000.00)


Plan enrollment fee of $20.00

There is a $20 (non-refundable) set-up fee.  This must be paid

at the time you enroll in the plan.


1st Payment:
$250.00


You decide to make a payment or receive a scholarship for

$150.00 before your next payment due date.  The payment or scholarship will go towards your next payment and the plan will recalculate the next payment. 

2nd Payment: $100.00
3rd Payment: $250.00
4th Payment: $250.00

Important Information:

  • Payments can be made by credit card or electronic check.
  • Payment plans are recalculated once a day to reflect changes to tuition balance.

What is a Monthly Payment Plan?
The Monthly Payment Plan is a program intended to help students who are not able to pay their account in full by the tuition and fee deadline.  Instead of one large payment, tuition and fees are broken down into equal monthly payments.                         

Why sign up for a Monthly Payment Plan?
Signing up for a monthly payment plan is quick and easy.   Instead of paying in one large lump sum, you can make equal, affordable, monthly payments.  Your monthly payment will be taken AUTOMATICALLY from a checking or credit card account that you set-up online.  This eliminates the worry of making payments manually, late payments, and waiting in line or on the phone.

How do I sign up for a Monthly Payment Plan?

You will need your new student ID to enroll.  The ID begins with a "W".

How much does it cost to be set up for the Monthly Payment Plan?
There is a $20 (non-refundable) one time set-up fee for each semester you are signed up for a Monthly Payment Plan.  This must be paid at the time you enroll in the plan.  There are no additional fees or interest charges, unless your payment is declined by the bank.

What happens if my payment is declined by the bank?
You may be dropped from the payment plan program.  Your entire account balance will be due according to the tuition and fee payment deadlines.  The $20 set-up fee will not be refunded.  If you elect to enroll in a new plan, you will be assessed the $20 set-up fee for the new plan.
