Peer Mentoring & Tutoring

High impact educational experiences (HIEEs) promote knowledge and skill development that employers, graduate and postgraduate programs highly seek. Participating in Weber State mentoring programs counts as a HIEE and will help you along your path in the Wildcat Advantage program.

You can have the support of a mentor and/or be a mentor yourself. As a mentor or mentee, you’ll build relationships, learn with your peers and invest time in your academic and personal development.
