Undergraduate and graduate students who complete high impact educational experiences (HIEEs) at Weber State University (WSU) and record them through the Wildcat Advantage program enjoy various benefits that include:

Level 1 Advantage
REQUIREMENTS
- Two different HIEEs
BENEFITS
- Exclusive workshop: How to Prepare for and Navigate a Career and Internship Fair
- Special designation as a Wildcat Advantage student at Career Fairs
- Wildcat Advantage graduation cords
- Wildcat Advantage participation noted in the commencement program
- Wildcat Advantage Level 1 Certificate of Completion to include in your ePortfolio
Level 2 Advantage
REQUIREMENTS
- HIEEs from Level 1 plus two more (four HIEEs total)
BENEFITS
All benefits associated with Level 1, plus:
- Priority ePortfolio review with Wildcat Advantage Internship Coordinator
- Invitation to an exclusive networking event with employers
- Professional mentoring with an employer
- Wildcat Advantage Level 2 Certificate of Completion to include in your ePortfolio
Level 3 Advantage
REQUIREMENTS
- HIEEs from Level 2 plus one more (five HIEEs total)
BENEFITS
All benefits associated with Levels 1 & 2, plus:
- Wildcat Advantage participation noted on your transcript
- Official letter from the President of WSU
- Wildcat Advantage Reception with the President and Provost
- Wildcat Advantage Level 3 Certificate of Completion to include in your ePortfolio
Requirements for receiving Wildcat Advantage benefits
- All milestones must be completed
- All participants must be logged in to GivePulse
- Complete requirements during the summer, fall or spring semester of the current/most recent academic year
- Event-specific benefits require reaching the level at least a month before the event date
- Post-graduation support services or offers require reaching the level before graduation
For graduation program recognition, eligible students must complete the Wildcat Advantage graduation form by the first of March or October. You must be on track to complete at least two different HIEEs by graduation to receive cords and program recognition.
