High impact educational experiences (HIEEs) promote knowledge and skill development that employers, graduate, and postgraduate programs highly seek. Sustainability activities are HIEEs. Completing HIEEs will help you along your path in the Wildcat Advantage program and help you prepare for a future career.
Sustainability HIEEs

Sustainability (SUS) Courses
Take a sustainability (SUS attribute) course to gain the necessary skills and understanding to address today's sustainability opportunities and challenges. Courses with the SUS attribute cover various topics.
Does NOT qualify for HIEEs Pay.

Zero Waste Athletics
Engage fans at select home football and basketball games to promote proper recycling and composting practices, helping Wildcats go Zero Waste!
Must volunteer for at least three games.

Green Badge Program
Learn about various sustainability topics and earn monthly Green Badges by taking action, attending events, reading/watching educational material, volunteering, and more.

Sustainability Resident Leader
Help make student housing on campus more sustainable! Plan events and educate residents on a variety of sustainability topics!
Must live in University Housing.

Sustainable Club Officer
Take on a leadership role with the Environmental Ambassadors, Food Recovery Network, or Garden Club!
