Kaltura: WSU's video storage platform for all faculty, staff, and students. Access your Kaltura library directly in Canvas using "Kaltura Quick Ingest" - click this icon in the Rich Content Editor: Includes Kaltura Video Quizzing to build graded video quizzes. My Media is your personal space in Canvas for managing all the media you've uploaded or created in Kaltura.
Zoom: Zoom is WSU's video conferencing tool. All WSU faculty, staff, and active students have a license. Features surveys, screen sharing, whiteboards, and cloud recordings that automatically upload to Kaltura.

Ally: Analyze course content and documents to identify accessibility issues and provide actionable improvement recommendations..
Box: Cloud storage solution that allows you to upload and securely store documents, videos, and images. Weber State faculty, staff, and students have 50 GB of storage available.
Collaborations: Enable multiple users to edit the same document in real time. Create Google or Microsoft 365 documents for a class, group, or custom set of students. Assign collaborative work as graded assignments
Copyleaks: Detect plagiarism and AI-generated content in student submissions. Generates comprehensive similarity reports. Review Copyleaks Scan SettingsInstructor Video and the Faculty Resource Guide.
Course Evaluations (Blue by Explorance): Collect student feedback through online course evaluations. Students receive email links, reminders, and Canvas pop-ups. Faculty can share a QR code for quick access.
FeedbackFruits: Polling/quizzing software with Gradebook pass back. Create engaging learning activities for your face-to-face courses using "Interactive Presentation" to insert questions or discussions into presentation slides for live engagement.
Folio: Help students create digital portfolios to showcase skills and accomplishments. Accounts remain free after graduation. Students can upload work samples and share them with employers.

Khanmigo: Provide AI-powered course material creation for instructors. Built by Khan Academy, Khanmigo can help faculty as a personalized learning assistance or as a supplemental teaching tool.
Lucid: Enhance courses with collaborative whiteboards and intelligent diagramming. Access directly from the Rich Content Editor to create interactive assignments or allow students to submit Lucid documents..
OneDrive: Integrate Microsoft Office 365 files with Canvas. Add files to modules and assignments, grade within SpeedGrader, and enable collaborative editing.
Packback: Facilitate dynamic online discussions that teach students to ask open-ended, critical questions. Students must purchase a license through the WSU Bookstore.
Secure Exam Proctor (Proctorio): Proctor online exams securely without a live proctor. Records webcam, audio, screen, and web traffic. Students can test anytime within instructor-set dates. Proctorio will be phased out in December 2025—faculty should transition to using Honorlock for future online proctoring needs.
Starfish: Support student success with early alerts and streamlined communication between faculty, advisors, and services. Enables progress surveys, feedback, and coordinated outreach to keep students informed and engaged.
VitalSource Bookshelf (Day One Access): Provide students immediate digital access to required course materials at reduced cost. Access content directly through Canvas on the first day of class—no paper codes required.

Adobe Creative Cloud: Create and manage digital content using Adobe’s suite of applications. Includes Express, Acrobat Pro, Photoshop, InDesign, and Premiere Pro.
