The IT Services Portal Has Been Updated


Here are all the new updates and features from the latest IT Services Portal update:

All-New Design and Features

The new IT Service Portal has been designed to allow WSU users to request technology services, check systems status/outages, search a growing knowledge base, connect with IT support, and discover available software for campus users in one convenient place.

IT Service Catalog

IT Service Catalog is designed to make it easier for our campus community to find information about and request campus IT services in a convenient, centralized location.

Knowledge Base

The Knowledge Base contains helpful articles, FAQs, and problem resolutions for many Weber State IT services. New articles are being added with each new service. 

Technical Support

If you have an IT-related question, problem, or request, or if you see an outage of an IT system or service, we can help! 

Software Catalog

We offer a wide range of software to our faculty, staff, and students to support teaching and learning. Our software catalog can help you find the software to fit your needs.

Planned Maintenance/Outage Notifications

Have you ever wanted to be alerted about an outage on only the systems that are important to you? The new Current Status page will allow you to see upcoming planned maintenance or current outages and subscribe to email alerts on individual systems that impact you.
