Weber State University provides students with remote access to common applications used within their courses. Students are able to access these applications 24/7 from any device both on and off campus.

Beginning in the Fall 2026 semester the Virtual Lab system migrated to Apporto. This new application system replaced the previous Citrix system and is accessible from any HTML5 ready web browser.

How do you access the Virtual Lab?

Virtual Lab is connected to your Weber State account so users can sign in with their Weber State username and password.

What is the Virtual Lab?

Virtual Lab is a system that provides access to Weber State licensed software.

These applications can be accessed from any device, making it easier for students to use their own devices to complete coursework.

Who has access?

Students who are currently taking classes are able to access the Virtual Lab.

Faculty and Staff are also able to utilize the Virtual Lab.
