Get to Know your CTCs
Your department or college’s Campus Technology Coordinator (CTC) is your primary contact for anything technology related in your office or department. These professionals can help you with anything from installing software, connecting your device to a printer, connecting Wi-Fi to Eduroam, troubleshooting your Weber devices, to validating whether an email may be a phishing attempt. They also work with the IT Service Desk and Integrated Technology Support Services (ITSS) to support your Weber account and classroom technology needs.
It is important to get to know your CTC or anyone who will come in contact with your Weber State devices. Reach out to your CTC if you have any questions.
