IT Business Services Team provides overarching services for IT Division employees as well as supporting services to campus faculty, staff and students. When we serve you, we help Weber to be a great place to work!

Project and Portfolio Management Office
The Project and Portfolio Management Office team provides oversight for Portfolio management and project tracking through constant rich communication with our portfolio sponsors, project sponsors.
Communications, Events, Training and Education
The Communications, Events, Training and Education team provides access, awareness, and opportunity for technology learning and exposure through communications, events, and training about the Information Technology Division software catalog.
Finance and Office Management
The Finance and Office Management team communicates strategic, financial, operational and best practice information to our stakeholders by way of policies, projects and financial oversight.
Directed Projects and Change Management
The Directed Projects and Change Management team provides resources for directed projects, special projects and research for the Vice President of IT and the Directors in the IT Division. We also oversee change management for the University Systems to help ensure system availability.
