GivePulse & Time Attendance System for Verifiers
As students complete high impact educational experiences (HIEEs), they must log all completed hours through GivePulse, an engagement platform that Weber State University uses. A GivePulse verifier confirms a student completed the hours logged in GivePulse. Verifiers are important to the success of the HIEEs Pay program and student experience. A verifier may be an instructor, employer or direct supervisor.
Each week, students are required to submit a timecard for all completed HIEE participation hours and specify a GivePulse verifier. Once the student submits the timecard, the verifier will receive an email notification prompting them to approve or dispute the hours. Verifiers can approve or dispute the hours directly through email notifications. Student participation hours must be verified on time to ensure students are paid.
Troubleshooting
If you are a verifier and not receiving verification emails:
- Check your spam and junk email folders for emails from notifcation@givepulse.com.
- Ensure the student is using your correct email. Students can view past entries and edit them if needed.
- If you still need help, please contact Wildcat Advantage for assistance at wildcatadvantage@weber.edu.
Students are paid every two weeks and will only be paid if their hours are first verified through GivePulse. Please refer to the pay schedule below and ensure you verify each impact received by the deadline.
GivePulse Verifier Deadlines
GivePulse HIEE entries must be entered and verified by the deadlines below. Once approved, eligible HIEEs Pay students can log hours on the first day of the semester and up to the last day. Hours cannot be logged in between semesters.
