Wellness Rewards Program

As a Weber State student, you have access to an amazing variety of resources to help you get and stay well. Better yet, most of these resources are free or low-cost! The Wellness Rewards program is designed to encourage you to make use of these resources and earn prizes for doing it!

  • For every 10 on-campus wellness-related activities you participate in, you’ll earn a Student Wellness swag item of your choice.
  • You’ll also earn one entry into a raffle drawing for a $20 Campus Stores gift certificate.
  • The more you participate, the more you earn!
  • Your 30th activity earns you a Student Wellness t-shirt – and three raffle entries! At the end of each semester, we’ll select a raffle winner and reset the pool, so keep on participating, keep on earning and keep on keeping well!

How Does It Work?

  1. Pick up a Wellness Rewards card. Wellness Rewards runs the entire year! Cards are available at Student Health, Advocacy & Wellness (Shepherd Union, Suite 323). Cards may also be available where you complete qualifying activities (just ask a staff member).
  2. Participate in 10 on-campus activities from the list of qualifying activities. The activities you choose are up to you! Try a variety and get to know services and offices on campus.
  3. Return your card to the Student Health, Advocacy & Wellness office to claim your reward!
Please note that we are no longer able to coordinate prize pickup in other offices or locations. We apologize for any inconvenience!

    • Be sure to bring your student ID.

    • Submit your Wellness Rewards activities by the morning of the last day of each semester to be included in that semester's drawing for a $20 Wildcat Store Gift card. The winner will be notified via email.

    • You may drop off your rewards card at the Student Health, Advocacy & Wellness office (Shepherd Union, Suite 323).

  4. Get rewarded!

Qualifying Activities

The following activities have been pre-approved in the Wellness Rewards Program. Virtual versions count too! We know that virtual programs are rapidly being added to meet changing student needs – if you’ve participated in an in-person or virtual wellness-related program that is not on this list, please submit it for approval by emailing studentwellness@weber.edu. Qualifying activities must be offered through a campus department, take at least 30 minutes of your time, and tie in with one or more Dimension of Wellness to be approved.
