Our classes are designed to accommodate all fitness levels & deliver a safe, effective, and fun workout. Fitness classes are FREE for WSU students, faculty, and staff! Please arrive 5-10 minutes early and use your active Wildcard to access the facility. All fitness equipment is required for classes, and participants are encouraged to bring a water bottle. Fitness attire is required for group exercise classes, visit the Fitness Center Policies for more information.

Group Exercise Class Formats

In-class Participation

These are traditional courses are offered as drop-in style, available at both Ogden & Davis campus. Courses are available to students, faculty, staff or by using a community membership.

Hybrid Classes

Traditional course with a virtual option via Zoom. All classes require a pre-registration to receive the link for class. Available to students, faculty, staff or Virtual-Only GroupX Pass

Virtual Classes

Available only via Zoom & drop-in style. Courses are hosted by the Counseling Center & can vary in availability. Some are only available to students, others are open to faculty/staff as well.
