Summer '20 Group Exercise Schedule

June 15 - August 15

Fitness classes are FREE for WSU students, faculty, and staff! Just arrive 5-10 minutes early and use your active Wildcard to access the facility. All fitness equipment is required for classes, and participants are encouraged to bring a water bottle. Fitness attire is required for group exercise classes. Fitness Center Policies.

Classes are designed to accommodate all fitness levels and deliver a safe, effective, and fun workout. Check out the schedule below to find the right class for you!

 COVID-19 Updates

 

What we're doing:

  • Limiting the number of patrons in each class, 7 participants max in classroom A, 6 in classroom B

  • Mapping out workout stations to ensure distancing, please remain in your station throughout the class

  • Frequently disinfecting equipment and facilities on a regular cleaning schedule, including before and after each Group X class

  • Monitoring symptoms* of employees before each shift

  • Wearing face coverings 

How you can help:

 

  • Do not use facilities if you are experiencing any symptoms* of COVID-19 or have been in direct contact with a confirmed case in the last 14-days
  • Wash hands or use hand sanitizer upon entering the facility
  • Use the contactless sign-in sheet for your Group X class
  • Bring your own Yoga mat and class accessories - we will provide mats as needed, we will not provide any additional props at this time.
  • Wear a mask at all times when inside any WSU facility (required by state executive order)
  • Maintain six feet of distance from others when walking through the facility
  • Clean equipment after each use
  • Respect new procedures limiting equipment use and maximum number of patrons
  • Follow CDC Guidelines outside of facility to mitigate risk of transmission

* Symptoms of COVID-19 include Cough, fever, trouble breathing, sore throat, sudden change in taste or smell, muscle aches or pains.
