Fall Group Exercise Schedule

Fitness classes are FREE for WSU students, faculty, and staff! Just arrive 5-10 minutes early and use your active Wildcard to access the facility. All fitness equipment is required for classes, and participants are encouraged to bring a water bottle. Fitness attire is required for group exercise classes. fitness center policies 

Classes are designed to accommodate all fitness levels and deliver a safe, effective, and fun workout. Check out the schedule below to find the right class for you!
