
Fall Semester 2025 Class Schedule
August 25 - December 12, 2025
Our classes are designed to accommodate all fitness levels & deliver a safe, effective, and fun workout. Fitness classes are FREE for WSU students, faculty, and staff! Please arrive 5-10 minutes early and use your active Wildcard to access the facility. All fitness equipment is provided for classes, and participants are encouraged to bring a water bottle. Fitness attire is required for group exercise classes, visit the Fitness Center Policies for more information.
NOTE: Beginning August 25, you can now reserve your spot online. Please follow the "register" buttons on the schedule to reserve your spot in advance.
Group Exercise Class Formats
In-class Participation
These are traditional courses offered drop-in style, available at the WSU Ogden Campus. Courses are available to students, faculty, and staff, or by using a community membership. You can also reserve your spot in advance.
Hybrid Classes
Traditional course with a virtual option via Zoom. All classes require pre-registration to receive the link for the class. Available to students, faculty, staff or Virtual-Only GroupX Pass
