Restore Yoga & Sound Bath

Take an hour to enjoy a calming and rejuvenating restorative yoga class with the bonus of a sound bath! Participants will use bolsters and blocks to support them in heart-opening and mind-quieting postures and participate in a 30 minute sound bath These FREE classes will happen once a month during the spring semester!
