School of Radiologic Sciences

The Weber State University School of Radiologic Sciences is one of the premier healthcare programs in Utah, with nearly 60 years of demonstrated excellence in combining classroom instruction and clinical practice.

Radiologic sciences is a medical field that uses ionizing radiation, sound waves and magnetic fields to produce medical images for diagnostic purposes or to treat diseases.

Graduates from our programs move on to work in a wide range of fields within radiologic sciences, including radiology, sonography, magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), computed tomography (CT), radiation therapy, nuclear medicine, mammography, and more.
