TAKE THESE STEPS FIRST
Make sure to take these simple steps before scheduling your appointment

Before you schedule an appointment with an advisor, please make sure that you have completed the following:

Make sure you can access your W#
Have sent all transcripts from other intuitions to Admissions and they have been evaluated.
- If they haven’t been evaluated, please submit an unofficial copy of the transcripts to advisebusiness@weber.edu at least 2 business days prior to your scheduled appointment.
Complete an online orientation (must be done prior to registering for classes)
- There are four sections that will take you approximately 90 minutes to complete, but it is worth it!
Sign up for and attend a Weber Welcome
- You can sign up after completing the online orientation.
Schedule an advising appointment. (see below)

Appointments available M-Th, from 9 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. and Friday 9 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.

DROP-IN SUPPORT

Drop-in meetings are for quick questions, single semester schedule, etc. Max 15 minutes. NO multi-semester plans. You do not need a dedicated appointment for a drop-in meeting.

Face-to-Face and Virtual (Zoom) drop-ins are available most days of the week (depending on college/university meetings)
