We are reaching out to see if how we are communicating with you is the best way for you! We also want to remind you of the programs and incentives that we offer here at Weber State Employee Wellness for employees and spouses, we hope that you will participate and that you can find something that suits you.

The following services are available to all benefits-eligible spouses:

  • Bonus Program

    The Wellness Pays Bonus Program (formally Wellness Saves) is a voluntary incentive program that will educate participants about their basic health numbers and will encourage them to maintain or improve these numbers over the next few years. 

    Starting in 2020, the $360 bonus will be available to anyone that completes the health risk assessment and a blood lipid screening, regardless of outcomes.

  • Classes / Presentations

    All spouses are eligible and are encouraged to attend our available classes that will provide tips and tricks to reducing blood pressure, cholesterol, and glucose. We also provide information on self-care and how to fully take advantage of your medical dollars. Shortly, we will be offering classes on nutrition, sleep, and financial wellness. 

    We also offer presentations that revolve around a monthly topic. These presentations include a Lunch & Learn style class, cooking demonstrations and workshops.

  • For a Fee

    TOPS can help you reach your weight-loss goals by providing you with the tools, information, support, and accountability you need to be successful. There are weekly sessions that include information from our staff about healthier living. This service is $56 for the first year, $32 each year after. 

    Yoga and Pilates are provided to employees and their spouses only. These private classes are taught four times during the week. Your registration fee of $45 a semester will allow access into both formats.
