Personal Training

All salaried employees are eligible for 6 personal training sessions upon the completion of the health risk assessment or blood lipid screening. 

Personal training through Employee Wellness is intended to provide you with detailed instruction and hands-on practice with an exercise program.


  • Sessions

    During your initial session, a trainer will review the results from your fitness assessment and machine weight gym orientation. Based on these results, your trainer will develop a draft of your exercise program. 

    During the next 6 sessions, you will meet with your trainer and execute your exercise program. These sessions will occur once a week for 6 consecutive weeks. The first 3 weeks will include a machine weight program. The last 3 weeks will include a free weight program. A cardiovascular component will also be added to your program. All sessions will last approximately 1 hour.
