Are three short sessions of exercise just as good as one half-hour session? Learn how quick bursts of exercise can be fun and effective.
This presentation will be added to your Employee Wellness Account by Monday, February 7.
One in-person session will be held for those who prefer to learn face-to-face. Please register on Training Tracker if you would like to participate in this option.
Wellness In Action

Exercising from your office can be easy. This workshop will cover cardio, strength, and stretching- all from the comfort of your office chair.
Each workshop session will cover a different exercise mode. You will have the opportunity to draft your own office exercise program.

Healthy For Life
Various Dates: February 25 - April 15
Join Employee Wellness as we cover cooking basics. This six session course will cover the following tips and tricks:
- Knife Skills
- Saute, Simmer and Steam
- Using Spices
- Healthy Ingredient Swap
- Double-Duty Meals
- Cooking with Kids
Part icipants will work in a team to make a recipe during each class. All part icipants will receive a reusable meal container that should be brought back to each session.

Circuit While You Work It
February 7 - March 27
Learn a new exercise for six weeks, then learn how to put them all together into an exercise circuit. Complete this exercise circuit each day for the last two weeks of the challenge. Participants may record their progress using their Employee Wellness account.
No need to register. Log on to your account on February 7 and learn about your first exercise!
As we grow older, there are steps we can take to maintain good health and the ability to function. Healthy eating and regular physical activity are keys to living long, well, and happily. It’s never too early or too late to adopt healthy habits and behaviors to increase life span and health span.

Did you know greater optimism is linked to a lower risk of developing cardiovascular disease and other chronic ailments? Find out how having a positive outlook can help you see the advantages of difficult situations.
Mix it up by using a variety of forms of exercise to help prevent injury, increase fitness and avoid burnout. Alternating your workout routines will increase your performance and overall fitness without over stressing your body.
