ABOUT
Weiwei Wang joined the faculty at Weber State University in January 2017.
Wang earned her PhD in Management Sciences with a specialization in accounting from University of Texas at Dallas, and she has her MBA from The University of Chicago, Booth School of Business. Prior to pursuing a career in academia, she worked for Protiviti as a manager and PricewaterhouseCoopers as a senior associate. She is a chartered certified accountant (FCCA) and certified internal auditor (CIA).
Wang teaches accounting data analytics in Goddard School’s undergraduate program and financial accounting courses in both the undergraduate and master programs. Her primary research is in trading volume and voluntary accounting disclosures.
