WHY ACCOUNTING?

I took accounting courses in high school, so I was already headed in that direction. Plus, my family has accounting ties - my grandpa, who has had a big impact on me - was an accountant. I figured out that accounting was my area pretty quickly.

MY EXPERIENCE

I have had a positive experience in the business school. I had great professors that have helped me overall. Obviously there have been some ups and downs, but I've kept busy and had a great experience.

I've had lots of great professors, but Lisa Hopkins, James Hansen, and Professor Snow had a big impact on me.

ADVICE

---

Be ready for work. Classes will be challenging, perhaps more difficult than expected. But push forward, do the work, and it will turn out alright.

WHAT'S NEXT?

After graduation, I will complete the Master of Accounting, get my CPA, and see what happens from there.
