Due to its holistic nature, this class works as a stand-alone exercise regimen for those who are super busy or as
a complement to a more diverse exercise program including other modes of activity.
All levels of ability are welcome. Come in comfy clothes, be prepared to work barefoot, and bring a yoga mat.
