Exercise Log

Earn points each month by keeping an exercise log. You must use the MyTacker tool located in your Employee Wellness account to participate in this activity.

Earn:

1 point = Averaging 300 exercise minutes for the month

3 points = Averaging 600 exercise minutes for the month

5 points = Averaging 1200 exercise minutes for the month

Set up an Exercise MyTracker: 

  1. Log onto your Employee Wellness account
  2. Click on the "MyTracker" icon
  3. Click on "Exercise"
  4. Decide if you would like to sync an exercise tracker or manually track exercise minutes
  5. Set up your tracker to track MINUTES
  6. Set the remainder of your tracker based on your goals.

Points will be awarded on the 5th of the following month. 

Blood Glucose Log

Record your blood glucose readings daily for an entire month.

Stress Relieving Log

Record activities that you participate in that are stress-relieving for you. This could include meditation, exercise, crafts, or other self-care activities. 

Aim to accrue 40 minutes of activity weekly over at least two days.
