Place Your Bets On Produce!

Viva Las Veggies, Nevada – the city of bright lights and colorful dining: Pull up a (vege)table and learn to bet healthy!

 Don't be cruel to a heart that's true. Be good to your body by making half your plate vegetables at each meal. Vegetables offer essential vitamins, minerals, and fiber, which promote good health. 

This month, Health Trip travelers are challenged to make half their plate veggie-rich foods for at least one meal each day.

Register by May 1 to be added to our weekly email list. These short emails will be sent to you on Mondays and will include a message to keep you motivated week after week.

4- Return your tracking sheet by June 5

You may complete this challenge any time during the 2020 calendar year. Tracking sheets returned to Employee Wellness after the due date will not be entered into the Grand Prize raffle,  but may be used towards the Wellness Pays Rewards Program. You can not complete challenges before the challenge start date.
