Fall Semester Challenge- Stop Stress This Minute
Are you stressed out just thinking about managing your stress? You’re not alone! But managing stress is not as hard as you think. Join the Stop Stress This Minute semester challenge to gain valuable tools to help you conquer stress!
This informative 12-week program challenges you to get out of the vicious stress cycle you may not even know you are in. As a registered participant, you will receive a copy of the workbook, Stop Stress This Minute.
Each week, you will be instructed to read portions of the Stop Stress This Minute book. No doubt you will find it quite straightforward and full of step-by-step blueprints that will help in managing your stress levels. You will then have the opportunity to apply the information you learned in the book by completing a short stress quiz. You will also log the stressors in your life, your stress number and any stress management activities that you implemented on a weekly basis.
1- Register by September 14th
2- Quizzes and tracking sheets will be emailed to you weekly.
3- Return your tracking sheet before by Friday, December 7th
You may complete this challenge any time during the 2018 calendar year. Tracking sheets returned to Employee Wellness after the due date will not accrue points to the Wellness Store, but may be used towards the Wellness Pays Rewards Program.
