March Challenge- Hydrate, Refresh and Revitalize

Our bodies need water to survive. If we don’t get enough water, we don’t feel well. There are many benefits of drinking water, like increased energy and weight loss. Some ways we can get water is through fruits and veggies. We all know that watermelon is mostly water but, did you know that celery is also 95% water?

Increasing your water intake could:

  • Promote weight loss
  • Increase energy
  • Improve skin complexion
  • Relieve headaches

This month, learn how much water you should be drinking daily, other ways to increase your water intake besides drinking, and learn how to evaluate your overall hydration level.

You may complete this challenge any time during the 2018 calendar year. Tracking sheets returned to Employee Wellness after the due date will not accrue points to the Wellness Store, but may be used towards the Wellness Pays Rewards Program.
