July Challenge- Movement in a "Dysfunctional" World

This movement challenge is designed to give participants information on how being sedentary is destroying their health, and what can be done to alleviate pain and dysfunction in the body to live a more fulfilling life. Participants will discover simple techniques that will support them in reducing minor aches and pains, as well as increasing overall well-being. 
 
Throughout the challenge, participants will be provided with tips and tricks on what to do to add more movement into the day. This will include specific office and chair ergonomics, exercise and stretches, a chair stretching routine, and mobility techniques. These can all be easily completed at your desk.

You may complete this challenge any time during the 2018 calendar year. Tracking sheets returned to Employee Wellness after the due date will not accrue points to the Wellness Store, but may be used towards the Wellness Pays Rewards Program.
