60-Day Fitness Challenge: Male Standings

How Fit Can You Get In 60 Days?

Below are the pre-test scores for all participating males. Identification numbers were emailed the participants along with the pre-test score sheet. Use this information to determine where you stand compared to other participants and develop your training strategy. 

There are 600 total points possible, 100 points possible in each category. 

All recorded values were graded and points were assigned using calculators from www.exrx.net. Scoring of tests will be based on the individual's gender and age.
