Employee Health and Wellness Week

Join us for a Week of Wellness events!

National Employee Health and Fitness Day is observed on the third Wednesday of May.

Employee Wellness asked, "Why not a whole week?"

The week will include a keynote speaker, wellness related classes (those that reflect mind, body, and spirit), and a 5K Trail Fun Run/Walk.

Registration for events will open on Monday, April 16th, and will be available on Training Tracker. Check back frequently as we finalize our schedule! You can view the brochure here. 

Attend three classes and use towards the Wellness Pays Rewards Program. You may also substitute classes for lunch and learn presentations.
