The Body Project

March 15 - April 19

The Body Project is a body acceptance program to empower women to engage in body acceptance and promote a positive body image. Those who participate in the Body Project learn the importance of self-care, are more likely to have a healthier attitude towards their body, and practice healthier behaviors around eating.

The Body project consists of 6, 45-minute weekly meetings where participants will engage in a series of verbal, written, and behavioral exercises in which they consider the negative effects of pursuing the thin-ideal. All participants must willingly contribute during each meeting.

Circuit While You Work It

February 7 - March 27

Learn a new exercise for six weeks, then learn how to put them all together into an exercise circuit. Complete this exercise circuit each day for the last two weeks of the challenge.  Participants may record their progress using their Employee Wellness account.
