Save The Date

Employee Health and Wellness Week

May 2-6

Save the date for our 5th annual Employee Health and Wellness Week.

This year's events kick off with an in-person Benefits Open Enrollment meeting, followed by a Benefits Open House. Attend both the meeting and the open house to learn more about changes to this year's benefits plan. We continue the week with classes on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday. The week will close with the return of our employee 5K Fun Run/Walk. The race will be moved to the afternoon and an on-campus route.

Bulk up your well-being toolkit by learning different ways to practice mindfulness and be better equipped
for responding to your stress. This three-session workshop will be provided by Aminda O'Hare, Assistant Professor of Biopsychology.

Breath In Breath Out

Over the course of this 2-week challenge, set aside 3 minutes each day to practice deep breathing. You will need to report on your progress daily in order to earn points for this challenge. Participants may record their progress using their Employee Wellness account or by downloading the paper tracking sheet. 

No need to register. Log on to your account on April 12 and breath deep!
