    Today, you will assess two different movements: Step and Squat-Lift. 
    The goal of step is pretty simple: increase and improve your cardiovascular endurance.  The simple movement of squatting is to bend your knees and sit down into a crouching position the movement of lift is to raise or move from the lowered position.
