Construction Management

We’re a growing company with a strong commercial construction presence, working with general contractors, builders, and property owners on a wide variety of projects. This position would be an opportunity for someone early in their career to gain meaningful responsibility and develop into a key member of our leadership team.

 

The role would include commercial and large residential estimating, building relationships with our general contractor and builder partners, managing projects from approval through submittals, and coordinating the handoff to our office and field management teams. We’re looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable working with people, and eager to learn both the technical and business sides of construction.

We offer a competitive base salary with performance-based compensation and significant growth potential as the company expands. While prior estimating experience would be helpful, we’re primarily interested in finding the right person with a strong work ethic, good character, and the desire to build a long-term career.
