Intermountain Engineering, Technology, and Computing (i-ETC) Conference 2026.

The i-ETC 2026 Conference will be held May 8–9, 2026, in person at Brigham Young University. This annual conference is organized in collaboration with local and regional universities Brigham Young University, Utah Valley University, Utah State University, Weber State University, Idaho State University, Montana State University, and regional technology industry partners along the Silicon Slopes. The IEEE is the technical sponsor.

The conference provides a valuable forum for students, faculty, and industry professionals to share research, explore best practices, and connect around engineering, technology, and computing.

RnR Flooring & Design is seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our team in a
role that combines hands-on warehouse work with opportunities to grow into scheduling,
coordination, and estimating.
This position is ideal for a Construction Management or business-focused student who
wants real-world experience in the operational side of construction projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and maintain warehouse inventory
• Prepare and load materials for installation crews
• Operate a forklift to move and stage materials (training can be provided if needed)
• Coordinate with installers on job schedules and material needs
• Assist with scheduling and job tracking
• Learn and assist with material takeoffs and project “figuring” using company software
• Help ensure jobs are properly prepared from start to finish

What We’re Looking For:
• Strong reliability and work ethic
• Good communication skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Willingness to learn equipment operation (including forklift use)
• Interest in construction operations, project coordination, or estimating
• Ability to safely handle and move materials

Growth Opportunity:
This role is designed to grow with the right individual. As proficiency increases,
responsibilities can expand into scheduling coordination and estimating support, providing
valuable, real-world experience in construction operations.
