WSU Charter Academy School Land Trust Council

Every Charter School in the state of Utah is required to have a School Land Trust Council. WSU Charter Academy reestablished our School Land Trust Council during the 2025-2026 school year, after a two-year pause in operations.

We invite parents to consider serving on WSUCA’s LAND Trust Council. The council is made up of four voting members (three parents and one school employee), with the director serving as a non-voting advisor and secretary. Each spring, parents are invited to volunteer for open seats. If more parents volunteer than positions available, an election (typically held in April) will take place. Council members serve two-year terms.
