World Languages Tutoring Center

The Department of World Languages & Cultures is pleased to offer FREE tutoring for some languages.

Drop-in tutoring sessions are held in person at the World Languages Tutoring Center, Elizabeth Hall, Room 244, and in Tracy Hall, Room 101, inside the Ogden Tutoring Center. You can also schedule an appointment with tutors at your convenience. Check your tutor’s hours before visiting.

Holiday closure dates: Sept. 7, Oct. 9, and Nov. 26-27.

For students needing to meet with a tutor to fulfill their Korean tutoring requirement, please book an appointment slot to guarantee a time to meet with a tutor. Drop-in is first come, first serve and appointments will be prioritized. Appointments are in-person only.

Schedule an Appointment With a Tutor

You can schedule an appointment using the Starfish application in eWeber. Open Starfish, use the menu to navigate to the Courses tab. Tutoring options for your courses will appear. Schedule an appointment from there or contact the Ogden Tutoring Center at 801-626-7484, email apptutoring@weber.edu or stop by Tracy Hall 101 for appointment availability.

Appointments can be in-person or virtual over Zoom. Appointments are one hour long. There are a limited amount of appointments available each week. Contact us to schedule a recurring appointment for the semester.

To view the tutor's schedule and create an appointment in Starfish, you must be logged into eWeber, and you must be registered in a class relevant to the tutor's subject.
