- Paw Place is a requisitioning software for various types of payments.
- Purchasing Card (P-Card) Request
- Purchasing Card overview
- Concur
- Concur is the university's purchasing card and travel request software.
- Monthly P-Card Expense Reports are submitted in Concur.
- P-Card reallocations are mostly submitted through Concur, but some exceptions such as grants, will be done in Electronic Finance Feed.

- This is a degree evaluation tool for students to determine what requirements they have met and need to meet for their degree.
- Advisor Dashboard
- This is a tool used by faculty and advisors to look up student transcripts and graduation information. You may need to contact the Registrar's office for access.
- Canvas
- Portal for students to access class information and resources
- Scholarship Universe
- Portal for students to apply for scholarships
- Program of Study Admin
- This app allows faculty, advisors and administrators to update and review their students' programs of study, and to approve and add cohort codes to selective programs. You may need to contact the Registrar's office for access.

- Access a list of graduates for any given semester.
