- P-card reallocations are mostly done in Concur, but there are instances (some grant purchases) where reallocations will be done in the Electronic Finance Feed.
- Lynx Self-Service
- Look up budget information, personal contact, tax, pay information and more.
- Departmental Usage Report
- This contains telecom bills for monthly phone service, line and computer setup, and more.
- TouchNet
- This is WSU's payment program.
Miscellaneous
- Announcements
- You can find an authorized user in your division, or request training to be an authorized user by clicking "How do I submit Announcements?" in the Announcements portal.
- Driver Training
- This is required of all employees who drive as part of their workday, even if simply driving to another building for a meeting.
- Facilities Management (FM) work orders
- This is to request assistance with building and maintenance.
- Fleet Management Vehicle Requests
- This is to rent or reserve a WSU vehicle.
- Parking Pass Request
- Sodexo
- This is a contracted catering company for all WSU food purchases exceeding $200.
- EMS (Event Management System) Scheduling
- This is for reservations for Shepherd Union and other campus buildings.
- Contact unionscheduling@weber.edu to have templates to other buildings added to your account.
- AssetWorks
- Asset/Inventory tracking software found in the eWeber portal for all university assets like PCs, laptops, and other electronic devices.
- Request access by typing AssetWorks in the search bar of weber.edu/itservices.
- People Admin/PREP
- This is the performance review system.
- Interior Signage Request
- WSU Acronym Dictionary

Student Support
- CatTracks
- This is a degree evaluation tool for students to determine what requirements they have met and need to meet for their degree.
- Advisor Dashboard
- This is a tool used by faculty and advisors to look up student transcripts and graduation information. You may need to contact the Registrar's office for access.
- Canvas
- Portal for students to access class information and resources
- Scholarship Universe
- Portal for students to apply for scholarships
- Program of Study Admin
- This app allows faculty, advisors and administrators to update and review their students' programs of study, and to approve and add cohort codes to selective programs. You may need to contact the Registrar's office for access.
- Graduation Roster
- Access a list of graduates for any given semester.
