Making Your Tutoring Appointment
To schedule a tutoring appointment, you must be registered in a course relevant to the tutor’s subject. Academic Peer Coaching and Writing tutoring is available to all students, regardless of course enrollment.
Log in to your eWeber portal and access the Starfish application.

Use the hamburger menu to navigate different features of Starfish. Select Dashboard or Courses.

On your Dashboard page, you will see a calendar with your courses. Select a course to view the services available to you. Alternatively, on your Courses page, select a Service associated with your courses.

Select the Title of the service to find more information or select the Schedule Appointment button.

Choose an Appointment Reason listed.

Scroll to view available days and times for an appointment. Select an appointment date and time. Select Continue.
- You will only be able to see appointment availability 24 hours in advance.
- For same day appointments, contact the tutoring center.

Select the Location for your appointment to take place.
- If only one location is listed, that is the only location available for that appointment time with the tutor selected. Check the Title of the service to double check which location the appointment can be held at.
Select a Course that you are scheduling the appointment for.
- If your appointment is not associated with a Course, you may leave it blank.
Review the information in the Instructions.

It is optional to leave a Comment.
- If you do not select a Course, then please leave a Comment describing what you need help with.
Select Confirm. You will receive a confirmation email to your student email.
Direct scheduling links will not work if you are not previously logged into eWeber.
