Psychological Science Student Graduation

You made it!                                        

To complete your academic journey and graduate, you must schedule an appointment and meet with your adviser as required in order to clear your Psychological Science major or minor (see below). The department recommends you seek clearance once you have registered for classes for the semester you plan to apply for graduation. Then, submit your application for the semester that all of your program requirements will be complete. Graduation with a Major or Teaching Major
in Psychological Science

Contact the department by phone (801-626-6247) or in person with your W# to schedule an appointment with the department chair for a graduation evaluation, which takes about 15 minutes.

Graduating with a Minor in Psychological Science

Contact Margarita Lopez with your W# for a minor review and clearance. Graduation evaluations are contingent on passing grades in 'in progress' coursework.

Grad Finale 

• NOV 18, Ogden Campus: Grad Finale event (8 am - 4 pm) to pick up your free cap and gown and so much more!

If you missed Grad Finale, starting November 21, you can order your regalia at www.wildcatstores.com and have it shipped (you are responsible for shipping costs) or order for in-store pick-up at Wildcat Store Ogden Campus location. To have your items shipped to you, place your order by Dec 5.

Fall 2025 Ceremonies

• Friday, December 12: CSSE Convocation, 9 am @ Dee Events Center
  • Students arrive in cap and gown at 8:15 a.m. Enter the Dee Events Center at the northwest tunnel (nearest to the Ice Sheet) to pick up a name card from the designated table for your department.
