Department of Psychology

The WSU Department of Psychology is committed to excellence in undergraduate training in the science of psychology.  Our integrative approach ensures that psychology graduates leave satisfied with the quality and breadth of their instruction. Students receive the highest caliber of classroom instruction and professionally authentic experiences in research and community engagement.  Practicum courses allow for students to form research and service experiences in real-life settings. Our curriculum emphasizes students acquiring knowledge about the discipline, applying that knowledge to real world situations, adopting scientific and ethical values, attitudes and beliefs and gaining interpersonal and communication skills.

Social Sciences Renovation Project

The Social Science building will be closed May 2017- January 2019. All academic departments, offices, classes, and personnel will be relocated to the Science Laboratory building and other facilities on campus. The Department of Psychology will be located on the second floor of the Science Lab in RM 202. For more info visit .
