Faculty and Staff Training

Faculty and staff on campus are central to the success of all of our mentoring programs. Our commitment to supporting the campus’s goal of creating more meaningful connections between faculty, staff, and students has gotten even easier with our training resources for faculty and staff interested in mentoring the campus community.

Faculty and Staff Mentor Training

The Faculty and Staff Mentors Program provides interested faculty and staff with training to understand their role in increasing mentoring across campus. Mentoring looks a bit different coming from professionals. The program focuses on one-on-one, group, and episodic mentoring opportunities tailored to your needs, time, and commitment.

Sign up for our program and learn more about how you can best support students through formalized mentoring connections and relationships.
