What's Next?

Step 1

Create your eWeber Account

You will need your Birthdate and Social Security number in order to create your eWeber account.

Create Your eWeber Account

eWeber allows you to access your Wildcat email, pay for classes, and check your WSU transcript.

Know Your W-Number (W#)

Your W# is not the same as your Wildcat username. Your W# is a private 8-digit identity number that never changes which Weber State uses to identify you. This was on your acceptance letter, but this information is also available in your eWeber portal.

To find your W#:

  1. Log in to the eWeber portal at www.weber.edu
  2. Click your account picture in the upper-right
  3. Select Show W#

Use your Wildcat Email

All correspondence to students from the university and the Dual Enrollment team will be sent to the Wildcat email. It is vital to your success to check and use it regularly.

Step 2

Register and Pay for Concurrent Enrollment Classes

Students are required to pay a tuition of $5 per credit* and all other costs at the time of registration. Books and supplies may or may not be covered by the school district. You will be dropped for non-payment after 48 hours if your balance is not zero. There will be no late registration, so be aware of important deadlines on our registration page.

Register and Pay for Concurrent Enrollment Classes

*Some courses require additional course fees and books.

Private schools or schools outside of Utah may cost a different amount per credit hour.

If cost is a concern, please contact your counselor or CTE coordinator as there are funds available to help students pay for classes and other related fees.

Concurrent Enrollment Registration Deadlines

If you need to drop a class for any reason, speak to your high school's CTE coordinator or counselor.

Placement and Prerequisites

If you are taking Math, English, or Bridge courses, you need to have an official high school transcript, ACT/SAT scores, and AP scores sent to Weber State. You can work with your high school counseling office to send an electronic transcript to admissions@weber.edu.

Please visit the Placement and Prerequisites page that has more detailed information regarding class requirements.

IEP/504 Plans for Concurrent Enrollment Students

If accommodations in a 504 plan or IEP have proven effective for a student at the High School level, and are reasonable for a university level class, they should continue in Concurrent Enrollment classes.

Students enrolled in WSU Concurrent Enrollment classes may request college accommodations in accordance with relevant disability law if there is a disagreement about the 504/IEP plan being reasonable for a university course.
